In addition to Sense’s machine learning device detection and smart plug integrations, you can monitor up to two 120V or 240V circuits directly with dedicated circuit monitoring. Using optional Flex add-on sensors, it’s perfect for large loads and critical devices like your HVAC system, EV charger, or variable speed pool pump.

Dedicated circuit monitoring requires the use of the solar port on the Sense monitor and cannot be used in homes with solar systems.

Now if you’re on a Time-of-Use rate plan, you can input your rate zones for more accurate billing and historical costs. You can even set push notifications to alert you when entering peak zones.

How it Works.
Install
The Sense monitor installs in your electrical panel. (We recommend you have an electrician do that.)
Read
The monitor reads the electrical current being drawn and sends the data to the cloud.
Analyze
Sense analyzes that data and sends it back through the app on your phone or desktop.
Learn
Over time, it learns what’s happening in your home, detects devices, and provides information on your energy use.
Safety is Important.
Any device inside your electrical panel should be designed and certified to meet the highest safety standards. In addition to extensive in-house testing, the Sense monitor has been tested to UL and IEC standards for safety, and certified by ETL/Intertek as safe to install in your electrical panel.
